Here at Shine Pics, we understand just how important your wedding day is to you, especially because we experienced it ourselves! We are a husband and wife team looking to capture the most important day of your life just how you have imagined it – perfect.

Your Wedding day is quite possibly one of the most important days of your lives and should be treated as such. We don’t work off checklists, we allow you and your party the freedom to let your day unfold in its natural way. There will always be the obligatory “checklist” pictures that need to be done, and we will always try and get this part done as quickly as possible, allowing you to get back to your party and unwind with friends and family who have joined you on this special day. By organising in advance with you who and what you consider important, we ensure that nothing is missed. The eventual outcome of your wedding photos is also dependant on you and your willingness to invest the time, if you do this, we can guarantee you of stunning unique wedding memories.

By applying a documentary style to our photography, we always make sure we capture the moments that are generally missed. Our job is to watch every aspect of your day, watch for the emotion on friends and families faces, capture the little ones being kids. This is all part of your day, these are your closest friends and family and our job is to make sure they are remembered as they were on the day.

We believe our wedding packages offer true value for money. For us, this is a full time business, its not a supplementary income where we can only work certain times of the year.

By keeping everything in-house, including our marketing and website costs, we do not need to charge excessive prices. We like to look at things logically, for example: Our Wedding Video add-on works out at only £350 extra, compared to getting a standalone videographer which will be anything from £700-£2000 for the day. From our point of view. We are already spending the time on travel, we have already invested in the marketing to get the enquiry, we are already there on the day, so it make sense to offer the video at a lower price point. The Wedding Entertainment is provided by our daughter, and we are happy to work with you to provide a bespoke set list tailored to your personal taste.

All Prices are based on travel within a 20 mile radius of Portaferry

Prices assume a cut off time of no later than 21:30, if the first dance is later than this, we reserve the right to charge at £50/hour or part thereof.

Bridal Preps allowance is one hour prior to the ceremony and travel within a 5 mile radius of the church or venue.
